Refund policy

All trees and shrubs (excluding sale / discounted items) are guaranteed for 90 days with a receipt. The guarantee applies to items planted in the ground, not in pots/planters. Annuals, perennials, and sod are NOT returnable and have no warranty. All other live materials are subject to inspection before being accepted in return for store credit.

All hard goods are available to return for store credit only.

All sale purchases are final. 

Live Christmas trees & fresh wreaths are not returnable/refundable. 

Pumpkins, grounds, and other fall decor items are not returnable/refundable.
